Opt in to Rubyy SMS
Use this page to add your mobile number to the Rubyy SMS messaging programme. Rubyy is an event ticketing platform. Messages we send via SMS are strictly transactional — we do not send marketing or promotional content over SMS, and we never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties.
What you'll receive
Once you opt in, the messages we may send to your number fall into these categories:
- Account security — one-time login verification codes and two-factor authentication codes.
- Order confirmations — a confirmation when a ticket order is completed.
- Event reminders — a reminder roughly 24 hours before an event you have tickets to.
- Order pickup notifications — when your order is ready for pickup at a will-call window.
- Cashless wristband alerts — low-balance notifications and top-up confirmations at events using the Rubyy cashless system.
Typical volume is 0–6 messages per attended event, capped at 3 messages per recipient per day excluding security codes. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
Opting in is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. You can use Rubyy and buy tickets without subscribing to SMS.
How to opt out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (also recognised: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL) to any message from Rubyy. Reply HELP (or INFO) for support contact details. Full terms are in our SMS Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
