Ticketing with clarity.

We're building the event-ticketing platform we always wanted, built around real-time, fully transparent analytics so you always know what's selling, where, and why. White-label storefronts on your own domain, reserved seating, recurring events, and built-in marketing, all in one place. Drop your email and we'll let you know the moment we open the doors.

  • Every metric traces back to its transaction

Pricing

You should know what it costs before you sign up

So here it is, before we've even opened.

Starting out

A free plan that runs real events

Not a 14-day trial. Run live, paid events on the free plan and pay only the per-ticket fee on orders that actually sell.

Per ticket

One fee, printed on the checkout page

One transparent per-ticket fee. Add your own named fees on top, and choose whether you or the buyer covers card processing.

Payouts

We never hold your money

Ticket revenue settles into your own connected payment account on its normal schedule. No listing fees, no payout holds, no waiting until after the event to get paid.

Exact rates publish with the pricing page on launch day. Join the list and we'll send them before the doors open.

Why Rubyy

Three things most ticketing platforms won't do

Everything else on this page is table stakes. These are the reasons to switch.

Holographic analytics dashboards floating over a person at a laptop

Analytics you can audit

Sales, conversion, and attendance refresh by the second, and every figure drills through to the order that produced it. No sampling, no black box, no waiting on a nightly export to reconcile your own numbers.

Stylised smartphone storefront connected to commerce icons

Your brand out front, never ours

Sell from your own domain with your fonts, colours, and pages, built in a visual editor. Buyers don't pass through a marketplace and never see a Rubyy logo unless you put one there.

A red event wristband held between two hands

The gate keeps working when the network does not

Scan tickets and take cashless wristband payments with no signal at all — a field, a basement, a stadium concourse at capacity. Devices reconcile themselves the moment they reconnect.

ON THE BILL 25 FEATURES

What we're building

Not a ticket page with a checkout bolted on — the whole box office. Everything from your first event listing to gate scanning, cashless wristbands, and the payout that lands in your account, built as one platform instead of five you have to glue together.

The Process

How it'll work

You do three things. We do everything else.

  1. SET UP · ~5 min

    Create your event

    • Pick a template or clone an event
    • Set ticket types & price zones
    • Draw the seat map (or skip it)
    WE HANDLE

    We bring the box office.

Hosting, SSL, and your storefront on your own domain — plus the seat-hold concurrency that stops two people buying the same seat.

  2. GO LIVE · same day

    Launch your storefront

    • Publish to your custom domain
    • Share the short link everywhere
    • Watch the first sale land live
    WE HANDLE

    We handle checkout & payments.

Localized checkout, card processing, fraud checks, ticket delivery, and every receipt — with the fees shown in plain sight.

  3. SHOW DAY · event night

    Manage & grow

    • Scan tickets at every gate
    • Tap-to-pay wristbands on site
    • Export reports, take the payout
    WE HANDLE

    We keep the lines moving.

Multi-gate scan sync that keeps working offline, live attendance counts, cashless balances, refunds, and the payout landing in your own account.

Questions

Before you hand over your email

What is this going to cost me?

A free plan that runs real events, then one transparent per-ticket fee on paid orders, with paid tiers for higher limits and the on-site hardware. Exact rates publish on launch day — we will email them to the list first.

When can I actually start selling?

January 1, 2027. Anyone on the launch list hears from us before the public announcement, so you can set your first event up ahead of the crowd.

I already use another platform. Is moving worth it?

Bring your event and attendee data across as CSV and keep selling from your own domain, so your buyers never see the change. If you run recurring events or reserved seating, tell us what you're on now and we'll be straight with you about whether the move is worth the effort.

Whose data is it?

Yours. Export attendees, orders, and every analytics report to CSV whenever you like, and pipe the same events into your own warehouse over signed webhooks. We don't sell your attendee list, market to it, or rent it out.

You haven't launched. Why should I believe any of this?

Fair. The platform is built and in testing — this page is the last thing shipping, not the first. If you'd rather see it than read about it, use the contact form and we'll show you the dashboard.
